On the 8th sector, trigger won't .... trigger lol

When on the 8th sector, the trigger supposed to activate when you lift ships seem to do nothing. I even "removed" the whole pirate fleet in case it was needed, but nope, nothing happen when i move closer to the derelict ship.

Side note; Also, as you can see on the screen, their is a HUD issue where some items tooltips won't disapear from screen and stay stuck there forever once you moved your cursor over them. (opening inventory put your mouse ont hem add another instance of the tooltip without removing the previous one)
